My name is Patrick Brusil. I'm a guy who's been selling homes in Massachusetts long enough to know that most real estate websites are embarrassingly bad. This one, I hope, is different.
I run a real estate team here in the Commonwealth, though "team" undersells it a bit. We're more of a content operation that also happens to sell a lot of homes. The work is split between finding remarkable properties and telling their stories in a way that actually makes people feel something. That second part, it turns out, is rarer than you'd think.
If you're buying or selling a home, you can start here. We work primarily in the $1M+ market across Greater Boston and Massachusetts. The North Shore, the South Shore (reluctantly), Cambridge, the suburbs, the coast, the hills . . . though good real estate is good real estate, and remarkable homes don't really care about geography.
You can follow along on Instagram, TikTok, or wherever else the algorithm has decided people should exist this week.
Email me for whatever reason you choose - a listing, a question, a strong opinion about a particular town, a new favorite sandwich joint, anything really.
What brought you here? Are you looking for a home, or just curious about what the market is actually doing right now? Either is fine. Either is, in its own way, a kind of beginning.
